- Account and profile information: name, email address, phone number, company name (if applicable), account type (individual or organization), and authentication identifiers from Firebase.
- Job and workspace content: product briefs, ingredient lists, target claims, demographics, formulation preferences, uploaded Supplement Facts panels or label images, and related metadata you submit for processing.
- Pipeline outputs: generated research summaries, substantiation scores, formulation options, compliance flags, report files, and advisor review status linked to your jobs.
- Usage and technical data: browser type, device information, IP address, timestamps, and diagnostic logs needed to operate, secure, and improve the platform.
- Payment information (when billing is enabled): transaction amounts, product purchased, and payment status. Card numbers are processed by our payment provider (Stripe) and are not stored on our servers.

3. How we use information

- Provide, operate, and maintain the substantiation, formulation, and label-check workflows you request.

We retain account information while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
Job data, uploaded files, and generated deliverables are retained to support your workspace history, advisor workflows, and re-downloads unless you request deletion and we are not required to retain the data for legal or operational reasons.
